Salary: $85,000 -90,000 + Uncapped Commission and Bonuses

Role overview

The ideal candidate will have experience and strong track record of success in all stages of the sales cycle.
They should be confident with building new client relationships and growing existing ones.
Self-motivated, proactive, dedicated, and results-oriented professional style with a strong ability to work independently in a fast-paced work environment

Working in a fast-paced environment with talented and motivated colleagues you will build your own book of business across new and repeat clients.

You will manage the entire sales cycle including multi channel prospecting, applying the Value Selling methodology to accelerate your sales results.

You will be engaging with SVP/ C-suite executives, qualifying their strategic, commercial objectives, and communicating our capability to directly match their solutions to large enterprise technology projects.

You will be responsible for developing a continuous pipeline of sales leads by researching the multiple layers of your specialist market, as well as mentoring dedicated SDRs feeding your sales pipeline.

Required skills and experience

Track record of achievement in a targeted & performance-based Business development role.
Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
Entrepreneurial minded with an internal drive to hit goals, succeed and continuously develop
Stellar communication skills - both written and verbal. Able to consult with senior-level decision-makers.
Willingness to learn and Coachable.
