What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Data Governance and Quality Manager on an 18 month fixed term contract to develop and implement organisation-wide data governance activities and will lead the implementation of data quality tooling, driving data improvement. This role will focus on establishing and ensuring adherence to a data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices, both at the enterprise as well as at functional level.

  • Develop and implement robust data governance frameworks.
  • Lead implementation of a data quality tool.
  • Lead the development and monitoring of data quality metrics.
  • Support the introduction of Data Governance Structures, onboarding and training Data Owners and Stewards.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive data governance documentation such as polices, standards, frameworks, data dictionary and business glossary.

Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Demonstrable track record in developing and implementing Data Governance Frameworks.
  • Experience of implementing data quality tooling.
  • Leading data profiling activities and identify data quality issues.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across multiple initiatives.
  • Developing and maintaining DQIs and creating reports and dashboard.
