Network of offices with 4 locations in Greater Nashville area
3OPS, 2 Hygiene chairs, 1 office Manager, 2 Assistants, and 1 Hygienist
Office Manager is trilingual (Arabic, Spanish and English)
General Sedation: local/nitrous
50+ New patients monthly
Employed Position
Partnership opportunity after 1 year
Payer Mix : 70% Medicare and 30% Insurance
General Dentistry Endo, Fillings, Extractions, Crowns, and Bridges
(Should be comfortable with Molar Endo, Surgical Extractions and Soft-Tissue Impacted Thirds)
Approved Lab Bills covered 100%
EMR-Denticon
Dentist-Owner willing to train on complex procedures (implants, sleep apnea, botox, etc)
Offering:

Compensation is 30% Adjusted Production - First 90 days Daily Guarantee of up to $1000 or Production (whichever is higher)
Average Producer year 1 should make $250k
1 year commitment and 90 days notice after completion of first year
Annual Malpractice Coverage up to $3,000
