A healthcare network in Texas is actively seeking a Primary Care Physician to join their team in Houston. About the opportunity: Schedule: Ideally 24-32 hours per week Patient Population: Seniors (Ages 65+) Responsibilities The Primary Care/Internal Medicine Physician will be responsible for; Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs Conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visit Treating patients in-office or in testing centers; conducting occasional tele-health visits Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams Supervising one or more NP or PA colleagues Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2+ years of Primary Care experience Licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas Board Certified / Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Your privacy is important to us.
