Compensation: - Full-time compensation range from $225K to $275K not including bonuses or incentives. - Part-time position compensation ranges from 138K to 147K, not including bonuses or incentives- Compensation plan gives consideration to your years of experience post-residency as well as specialty and sub-specialty board certifications.

JOB DESCRIPTION:- Providing psychiatric assessments, psychopharmacology, and psychotherapy for child and adolescent mental health disorders.- Function as an integral part of a collaborative team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers - Complete documentation and billing in a timely fashion as required by compliance- Must possess a highly collaborative and proactive approach, and demonstrate commitment to high-quality, cost-effective healthcareQUALIFICATIONS:- New York State license- BE/BC in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry strongly preferred- Strong teaching and leadership skills- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Bilingual/Spanish speaking, HIGHLY considered
