In addition, the role will be responsible for various quality assurance activities to ensure the Talent Nation brand is upheld to the high standards set by all team members, and what clients and candidates have come to expect from an industry leader.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Proof reading and formatting documents
  • Creating candidate information packs, candidate reports, and draft proposals
  • Assisting recruitment consultants with reference checks and writing draft job advertisements
  • Assisting in coordination of candidate interviews, internally and with clients
  • Utilising the CRM database (JobAdder) to ensure all candidate employment and contact details are accurate
About you

You are a highly organised individual who can handle multiple priorities at once, with the ability to be flexible to changing priorities. You are known for having a high attention to detail and taking pride in the accuracy of your work. You enjoy being a proactive team player through showing initiative and having the maturity and confidence to contribute to team discussions and process evolution as required. In addition to your values being aligned with the environmental and social spaces that we specialise in, you will have the ability to contribute to our team culture.

Why us

We all spend a lot of time at work, so it is our belief that you must enjoy where you work, the people you work with; and be proud of what you do. We love the work that we do and the people we interact with; including our charity partners that we support.

This role is offered as a permanent fulltime position, but we understand life has many dimensions, so we are open to permanent part time option for a candidate who may be seeking a bit more flexibility to balance life outside of work.
