Five (5) years acute care experience preferred.
Two (2) years supervisory experience.
Prior substance use disorder and/or mental health experience
Must be able to work on the floor if needed (Lead by example)
Must be able to train on Unit
Prior experience with individuals who are unhoused is preferred.
Prior experience in harm reduction and trauma responsive patient care preferred.
Prior experience in settings other than hospitals STRONGLY PREFERRED
Demonstrated professional writing, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Intermediate proficiency in word processing and other computer functions using Windows, Word, and Google Email and Apps.
Massachusetts license
BLS (AHA)
ACLS (AHA)
