The Treasury Business Systems Analyst I is responsible for performing in-depth analysis of financial information, preparing analysis of Cash Management and Treasury operations processes, participating in projects as required, and preparing reports to assist management in making long-term and short-term decisions.The Analyst will work with the Payment Channel and Servicing System(s) agile teams as a subject matter expert to define and ensure delivery of the roadmap for the Treasury team. The Analyst is responsible for researching and understanding project requirements, act as a domain expert in the Servicing system, participate in storyboarding sessions, write user stories, validate and test stories, participate in meetings, support ad-hoc requests and operations support requests.The analyst will assist in documenting and developing RPA solutions for the business applications. He/She will have the opportunity to engage in the design and development aspects of these solutions utilizing an Agile framework.



Collect, compile and analyze financial information, including trends and forecasts
Maintain thorough understanding of data, information resources, and processes
Prepare reports based on analysis and historical information
Provide support for projects including requirements gathering, testing, and implementation
Train and support business users
Assist in developing and implementing policies, processes, procedures and controls for new initiatives
Assist in documenting, and maintaining RPA software systems to meet business process and application requirements
Partner with Treasury teams to document, recommend and implement solutions to resolve process inefficiencies
Perform research and analysis to assist in decision making for company initiatives
Develop effective relationships with other departments to better understand their operations, strategies and service expectations
Act as liaison for the department with banks, auditors, vendors, and other departments
Perform other duties as assigned
Conform with all company policies and procedures


Manager Treasury Projects



Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge of corporate banking
Exposure to consumer lending, commercial lending, leasing, or corporate banking
Proficient SQL Query Experience
Knowledge of Oracle


Ability to work with all levels of management through daily interface and formal presentation
Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and timely follow-through
Proven ability to operate in the banking/corporate environment
Knowledge of corporate banking, financial analysis, and cash management
Proven ability to develop technical processes, systems and reports
Proven analytical skills
Exposure to Project Management Tools (Microsoft Azure)
Strong analytical skills
Critical and creative thinking skills
Experience in business process improvement and process reengineering
Experience working with Waterfall, Agile/Scrum methodologies
Automation Anywhere certification (preferred)
Exposure to BI Analytic tools (Cognos, Power BI, Salesforce)

Additional Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of corporate banking, financial analysis, and cash management
Proven ability to develop technical processes, systems and reports
Proven analytical skills


Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, related field, or equivalent experience preferred


1-3 years of experience in Cash Management or a related field required
